You've Got Mail!

Each year, Grade Three participates in a letter writing project.  Students write a friendly letter to anyone in the world.  They write to family members, friends, athletes, singers, authors, and many more.

One of last year's Third Graders wrote to her favorite video game designer, Scott Cawthon, creator of "Five Nights at Freddy's."  Today, a large envelope came addressed to her as a thank you for her fan letter.  He autographed a t-shirt and several "Five Nights at Freddy's" toys for her!  What a special way to learn about the power of the written word!  Have you written a letter to someone recently???
